Devonstone Wideloads are a premium Australian-based range of quilt backing fabric with a quality smooth finish. These wide backing fabrics are made from the same base cloth as the amazing Devonstone Solids.
With a wide backing, you don’t need to ever piece fabric for your quilt backings again!
100% cotton, 274 cm wide.
General guide: you need a backing to be 20cm wider than your quilt top for most quilts under 254cm (100 inches) long. Round up to the nearest unit.
Fabric is cut in 25cm increments across the width of the fabric. Wherever possible, multiples will be supplied as a continuous length. Choose your units as follows: 1 = 25cm; 2 = 50cm; 3 = 75cm; 4 = 1m, etc..
